• Final payments must be made before the due date to avoid cancellation.

• Prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other unforeseen factors.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by package and service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees, service charges, and any non-refundable components.

• No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows.

3. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all passports, visas, insurance, and other travel documents are valid and up to date.

• Globe Go Holidays will assist with visa guidance, but approval is solely at the discretion of the consular authorities.

4. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

• Globe Go Holidays is not liable for any losses due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes requested after booking (dates, passenger names, itinerary, etc.) may incur additional charges.

• Globe Go Holidays reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary or service providers in the event of unavoidable circumstances.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• While we strive to deliver the best experience, Globe Go Holidays acts only as an agent for the airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts beyond our control such as weather, strikes, government regulations, or third-party service failures.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet the health requirements of their destination, including vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols.

• Any quarantine or testing requirements will be borne by the traveler.

8. Website Usage

• All content on this website is the property of Globe Go Holidays and may not be reproduced without permission.

• We are not responsible for external links or third-party content.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
